OORT ("we", "us", "our") respects and protects the privacy of those who explore OORT's products and services ("Services", including OORT Wallet) for our Services and those who sign up for and access our Services ("Customers", "Users", "you" and "your").

1. WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Email address, Twitter account (user name, registration date and time, number of followers/following), IP address, Name, Address, Date of birth, Gender, Marital status, Age, Native language, Degree obtained, Field of study, Current occupation.

1.2 Biometric Information

Biometric information generated based on photos or videos you provide.

1.3 Wallet Information

We collect your Wallet address and information, and transactions information.

1.4 Preferences

Permission to camera, microphone and OORT storage access.

1.5 Transaction Information

Information about the transactions made on our Services, such as the address/name of the sender, the address/name of the recipient, the amount, currency preferences, date, and/or timestamp.

1.6 Communications

Including communications with interfaces such as our in app customer support message, Voting responses, information provided to our team for queries and/or complaints.

1.7 Referral Information

Your contacts' information if you choose to invite friends to OORT Wallet.

1.8 Device Information

Your App, browser, operating system, and device information.

1.9 Activity Information

Information about what you view or click on while visiting our Sites and Apps and how you use our Services.

1.10 Diagnostic and Troubleshooting Information

Information about how our Services are performing when you use them, i.e. service-related diagnostic and performance information, and error messages or reports.

We may collect information about you—such as Basic Customer Information, Transaction Information, and Product Usage Information—as part of our regular business operations. For example, if you link your OORT Wallet with another OORT service, we may access and track your Wallet Information and Financial Information in order to provide and support OORT Wallet services.

We may obtain information about you from public databases, such as the United Nations Sanctions List, and the US ITA Consolidated Screening List etc using the information you provided to us, including your name, address, email address, phone number, gender, national ID number and nationality/country of residence, date of birth, job role, public employment profile, listing on any sanctions lists maintained by public authorities, and other data as necessary.

1.14 Blockchain Data

We may analyze public blockchain data, including timestamps of transactions or events, transaction IDs, digital signatures, transaction amounts, and wallet addresses.

Depending upon the activity, some of the information that we ask you to provide is identified as mandatory and some as voluntary. If you do not provide the mandatory data with respect to a particular activity, you will not be able to engage in that activity.

We will automatically send the referred person a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the Site. OORT stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email, tracking the success of our referral program, and managing access to OORT Wallet.
